Picked at its peek of perfection each herb is grown lovingly and expertly by the Ploch Family and Red Fire Farm right here in the northeast. Use just like you would fresh cut herbs. We have done all the hard work of trimming, washing, and chopping for you. Expect fresh herb flavor and consistent and attractive color. Toss onto or into entrees, salads, soups, or sandwiches (our freeze-dried chive in vegan Tuna salad is our favorite!).
