Chili, Candy & Creativity: My Love Affair with Lily’s Chilies

I had been anxiously awaiting our new Chili Tajín variety gummy snacks—and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. I searched high and low for a vendor with high-quality ingredients, bold flavor, and a fresher, juicier taste than anything I’ve tried before. I also wanted someone local to California—and Lily’s Chilies checked every box.

When my first order arrived—all 35 lbs of it!—I couldn’t wait to rip open the box. Three display cases packed with eight mouthwatering flavors… I sampled one of each, and while I truly loved them all, the Chili Watermelon stole my heart.

Then I got creative.

I wrapped one of the chili belts around a freeze-dried Lucky Charms marshmallow—and oh my gosh—I might’ve discovered the greatest sweet, spicy, sour, chewy, moist, and crunchy combo in existence. It was flavor heaven, and I had to stop myself before I ate the whole bag!
